What to Expect

YOUR DESIGN CONSULTATION

Your design consultation will be held at our luxurious Champagne & Whiskey bar on our upper mezzanine level. If stairs are not suitable for you, we’re happy to bring your beverage of choice to our consultation area located on our ground floor. If you haven’t already done so, please let us know your drink of choice and we will have it ready for you on arrival. We will also call the day before your consultation to confirm.

It’s great to have an idea of what you’d like your jewellery creation to look like. If you have any inspiration, please bring it with you. We also have plenty of inspiration in our “Creation Inspiration” guides at our showroom.

At the end of your consultation, we will introduce you to our team member who will liaise with you right up to the completion of your creation.

ACCEPTING YOUR DESIGN

Once we have your approval to proceed further with the design, we will email you our designs together with a detailed quote. We place a great deal of importance on making sure your jewellery piece is created right the first time. It’s therefore equally important for you to be 100% satisfied with the design before you proceed.

Our purchase terms specifically outline our commitment to ensuring our work is to a high standard. Please read them carefully when you accept your design proposal.

Once you have accepted your design proposal and paid your deposit, we will commence work on your design with an estimated completion of between 4 to 6 weeks unless otherwise advised.

Manufacturing Process

Artisan mastery from start to finish….

It all begins with the selection of the finest materials, including ethically sourced gemstones and high-quality metals..

Our jewellers meticulously handcraft each piece, employing a combination of traditional techniques and cutting-edge technology to ensure precision and excellence. Throughout the process, quality control measures are rigorously implemented to guarantee the integrity and durability of our jewelry. Finally, each finished piece undergoes a thorough inspection before being presented to our clients, ready to adorn them with sentimental and cherished jewellery creation for many years to come.

Design Checklist

So that we can create the best experience for you in creating your custom jewellery, please use the following checklist as a guide before attending your design consultation.

  • What is your style? We recommend having a look through Pinterest or Google. Be sure to bring any pictures or drawings. You can also visit the following links to see some of our previous work to get some inspiration.

  • Your story; we believe that each jewellery creation tells a story and it’s important to us that we create something that means more to you than a piece of jewellery.

  • If creating something from your old jewellery, please bring your jewellery with you. This will allow us to make an assessment on the workability of your old gold

  • Consider your budget and how much you are willing to invest in your creation. We are of course willing to work with you to achieve your ultimate custom designed masterpiece and there are many options for consideration that will either increase or decrease the price of your creation including different metal weights and the variation between natural diamonds and lab grown diamonds.

  • Diamonds & Precious Gems: consider the shape, type and colour of the precious gems you would like to use. (You can read more about diamonds and precious gems by following the links.)

  • Precious metals: Different metals suit different skin tones and also vary in durability. (You can read more about precious metals here.)
